What is Breakout Audio hook ?
We’re introducing Breakout Audio Hooks, a feature that lets you share all the moments of your day in the form of audio. As you share multiple audios, they appear together in a slideshow format: your audio hooks.
With Breakout Hooks, you don’t have to worry about overposting. Instead, you can share upto ten audio hooks throughout the day — with additional description that supports URL formats to promote your website, or any webpage, also share your room in the audio hooks to reach out to your audience. The audio hooks will disappear after 24 hours and won’t appear on your profile.
You’ll see hooks from people you follow or match with your interests in a bar at the top of your hallway — from your best friends to your favorite popular accounts to influencers you follow. When there’s something new to hear, their profile photo will have a colorful ring around it.
To listen to someone’s breakout hook, just tap on their profile photo. It’s easy to hear stories at your own pace: tap to go back and forward or swipe to jump to another person’s hook. Unlike regular Breakout Activity, there are no likes or public comments.
